Flow Logic Plumbing

Terms of Service

Last updated: November 1, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of this website, operated by Flow Logic, LLC (“Flow Logic,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Website Information

The content on this website is general information about plumbing and our services. It is not a diagnosis of any specific plumbing problem and is not a substitute for an inspection by a qualified plumber. Plumbing conditions vary from home to home.

Service Requests and Estimates

Submitting a form or online request does not by itself create a service agreement or guarantee an appointment time. We will contact you to discuss your request and availability. Any pricing, scope of work and warranty terms for a specific job are those we provide to you for that job, and they apply once you approve the work.

Emergencies

If you have an active leak, sewage backup or other urgent problem, call us at (864) 952-7697 rather than relying on a website form. If there is any risk to safety, such as a gas smell or water near electrical equipment, leave the area and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility first.

Third-Party Services

This website links to and uses services provided by others, including Jobber for online service requests, Google Maps and Google reviews. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual Property

The text, photos, logos and other content on this website belong to Flow Logic, LLC or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false information, sending spam through our forms, or attempting to interfere with the website’s operation or security.

No Warranty for Website Content

We work to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but the website is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flow Logic is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section applies to use of the website only and does not change any terms that apply to plumbing work you have approved.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
