Our Story

Why Chris Started Flow Logic

Flow Logic began with a simple idea: homeowners deserve a plumbing company that takes their concerns seriously, explains what needs to be done, and treats their property with care. Founder Chris built the business around that approach, combining practical plumbing knowledge with a focus on honest communication and careful problem-solving.

Plumbing problems can be frustrating, especially when you don’t know what’s causing them or how much a repair might cost. A drain that keeps backing up, an unexpected water leak, or a failing water heater can leave homeowners facing decisions they aren’t equipped to make on their own. Chris wanted the way Flow Logic operated to reflect a straightforward approach: understand the system, identify the issue, and help the customer make an informed decision about the work.

That philosophy continues to guide Flow Logic today. As a family-owned company serving Anderson and surrounding communities, we believe customers should feel comfortable asking questions and understanding the recommendations they receive. Whether the job involves a simple faucet repair or a larger plumbing project, the same attention to diagnosis, communication, and approved work matters.

Our name reflects the practical approach behind our work. Plumbing systems have to function together, and understanding how water moves through those systems is an important part of solving problems properly.

Our Approach

How We Approach Plumbing Repairs

A plumbing problem isn’t always as simple as it first appears. A slow drain could be caused by a localized blockage or a problem farther along the line. Low water pressure might involve a fixture, a pressure-reducing valve, or another part of the plumbing system. Finding the source matters because different problems require different solutions.

At Flow Logic, our approach begins with understanding what you’re experiencing and examining the relevant plumbing. We use the findings to explain what may be needed, whether that’s a targeted repair, additional investigation, or replacement of a failing component.

We also understand that plumbing work can involve unexpected expenses. That’s why we explain the proposed scope and pricing before repairs begin. If accessing concealed plumbing reveals additional work, we discuss the change and obtain your approval before continuing.

We want you to understand what you’re paying for and why the recommended work makes sense.

Why Flow Logic

What Makes Flow Logic Different?

Family-Owned and Locally Based

Flow Logic is based in Anderson, South Carolina. We’re a local business serving the communities around us, not a company presenting itself as local through a distant office. Our focus is on providing plumbing services to the people who live and work throughout our service area.

Our Own Trained Technicians

Your plumbing work is handled by technicians who work directly for Flow Logic. Our in-house team provides a consistent point of accountability, from assessing the problem to completing the approved work and answering questions afterward.

Diagnosis Before Recommendations

We focus on finding the cause of plumbing problems rather than relying on symptoms alone. When a closer look is warranted, services such as sewer camera inspections help us examine the line and explain what the findings mean for your repair options.

Clear Pricing and Communication

We explain the recommended work and pricing before proceeding. Customers have an opportunity to ask questions, understand the proposed scope, and approve changes if additional work becomes necessary.

Our Services

Plumbing Services for Everyday Problems and Major Repairs

Your plumbing system supports daily activities that are easy to take for granted until something goes wrong. Whether you’re dealing with a dripping faucet, a clogged drain, a hidden leak, or a water heater that no longer provides dependable hot water, Flow Logic offers repair and installation services to address the problem.

Our services include drain cleaning, sewer line repair, sewer camera inspections, water heater repair, water heater replacement, and tankless water heater services. We also handle leak detection and pipe repair, whole-home repiping, water pressure problems, and repairs involving toilets, faucets, and garbage disposals.

Some jobs require a straightforward component repair, while others involve evaluating the condition of existing pipes or equipment. Our role is to explain the findings and proposed work so you can make a decision based on the needs of your home.
